Program Overview
Mgfitbod, LLC (DBA Markus Gaulke) ("we," "our," or "us") offers an SMS/text messaging program to provide you with timely information related to your online 1-to-1 fitness coaching. This is a mixed-use messaging program that includes both informational and promotional messages. By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Message Types
Our program sends two categories of messages. Each requires separate, independent consent via an unchecked checkbox on our opt-in form:
1. Transactional / Informational Messages
Account notifications, customer care, appointment reminders, audit/ session confirmations, program updates, check-in reminders, and other service-related communications from Mgfitbod, LLC (DBA Markus Gaulke).
2. Promotional / Marketing Messages
Special offers, coaching openings, new program announcements, seasonal promotions, and other promotional communications from Mgfitbod, LLC (DBA Markus Gaulke).
Consent & Opt-In

Message Frequency

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan. Mgfitbod, LLC (DBA Markus Gaulke) is not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from Mgfitbod, LLC (DBA Markus Gaulke).
After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. You will no longer receive text messages from the program(s) you opted out of.
Opting out of promotional messages does not automatically opt you out of transactional messages, and vice versa.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.
All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your phone number and SMS consent information are used solely by Mgfitbod, LLC (DBA Markus Gaulke) for the purposes you have explicitly consented to.
Mobile information may be shared with service providers that assist in delivering our messaging services. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and may not use it for any purpose other than delivering messages on our behalf.

Supported Carriers
Our text messaging services are supported by all major U.S. carriers including but not limited to: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Cricket, Boost Mobile, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Liability & Disclaimers
Mgfitbod, LLC (DBA Markus Gaulke) is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
By subscribing to our SMS services, you acknowledge and agree that Mgfitbod, LLC (DBA Markus Gaulke) will not be liable for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from or related to the use or failure to receive any text messages. Your use of our SMS services is at your own risk.
